AR Analyst (Stripe Expert) - 100% remote - Philippines

NOTE: This is a FULLY remote role, but the candidate must be based in the Philippines to collaborate with their peers and customers.

As a profitable and growing company, we are looking to hire an AR Analyst (Stripe expert), this role is necessitated by our continued growth. Check out more about our recent funding round of $365 million here.

Your Mission

• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to resolve billing-related customer inquiries in a timely manner.

• Review sales orders and order confirmations and ensure accuracy of billing and reporting.

• Initiate and implement improvements in the O2C process and ensure minimal revenue leakage throughout the process.

• Supporting in processes around US Sales Tax (Anrok) and other tax reporting.

• Stripe Administration on a daily basis.

• Problem management.

• Chase failed Payments.

• Filling Dispute cases and managing chargebacks.

• Working on various reports.

• Keep track of refunds and controls on refunds.

• Making sure that clients with listings are being charged on time.

• 3 years of finance experience.

• Stripe experience is essential.

• Excellent teamwork skills.

• Strong systems administration and support skills particularly Stripe Billing and subscription products.

• Experience with NetSuite, Anrok, Salesforce/Hubspot considered as advantage.

• Experience of working with a high volume, multi-currency, multi-country environment.

• Customer service mindset.
