About the role
Hostaway is on the hunt for a passionate and innovative Web Developer to elevate our digital presence.
In this high impact role, you will be at the forefront of building, enhancing and maintaining our website and digital assets. Which will directly shape how the world experiences our brand. You will work closely with Sr Marketing Manager, turning creative ideas into engaging online experiences that drive real results.
Your Mission
Partner with the marketing team to launch new web pages, interactive experiences, and landing pages.
Develop and maintain our marketing website, making it easy for the team to manage content through our Headless CMS ,Contentful
Optimize our site for lightning fast speed, flawless mobile performance, and top tier SEO.
Design and build eye catching, high converting landing pages that will wow our audience.
Work closely with the marketing team plan and deliver website updates right on schedule.
Uphold the highest standards in website quality, usability, and security.
Monitor site performance and user experience, using data to spot opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with the marketing team to execute A/B tests to boost conversions and support our growth goals.
Collaborate with the content team to design and refine engaging website content.
Ensure all code is clean, modern and compatible across devices and browsers.
Job requirements
3–5 years of hands on web development experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or startup/scale-up setting.
A proven track record of building stunning, responsive websites for SaaS companies
Mastery of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React (Styled Components) and TailwindCSS.
Bonus and nice to have skills: Gatsby, GraphQL.
Experience with Headless CMS platforms like Contentful.
Strong grasp of UI design, cross browser compatibility, and web standards.
Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, Unbounce, Google Analytics, Google search , Console ,SEMRush, Moz, and more.
Knowledge of SEO/GEO best practices
Experience using tools to monitor marketing websites for usage and behaviour to ensure a great user experience is considered an asset
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
