Partner Success Manager - 100% Remote - Philippines

NOTE: This is a FULLY remote role, but the candidate must be based in the Philippines to collaborate with their team, peers, and internal customers. Whilst this is a Remote role based in the Philippines, it will require regular overlap with Eastern Time (ET) business hours.

Hostaway is a SaaS startup that is transforming the vacation rental industry. With innovative solutions and partnerships with giants like Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking, we're taking on the competition and winning. Leveraging our customer-centric core values, we consistently deliver results that encourage growth, learning, and innovation for our team, our customers, and the industry.

As a profitable and growing company, this role is necessitated by our continued growth. Check out more about our recent funding round of $365 million here.

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and resourceful Partner Success Manager to own the day-to-day relationships, onboarding, and operational success of Hostaway's Marketplace partners.

You'll be the primary point of contact for partners, helping them get onboarded, resolving challenges, and ensuring a positive ongoing experience. This is a hands-on ownership role for someone who takes initiative, enjoys solving problems, and gets things done.

Your mission

• Independently own day-to-day Marketplace partner relationships, covering new inquiries, outreach, follow-ups, and ongoing communications.

• Proactively identify partner needs, challenges, and opportunities to improve the partner experience.

• Own partner onboarding from initial engagement through go-live, coordinating technical certification, compliance, and integration readiness with internal teams.

• Maintain accurate partner listings, records, tracking, and reporting across Hostaway's Marketplaces, including offboarding when required.

• Handle partner support requests with initial troubleshooting, coordinating resolution across Product, Support, and other internal teams while escalating significant issues.

• Support partner communications and marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.

• Monitor partner engagement, adoption, and performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Identify recurring operational bottlenecks, improving workflows, documentation, and automation to support a scalable Marketplace ecosystem.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with excellent written and verbal English and confidence engaging external stakeholders.

• A proactive self-starter who spots what's broken or slowing things down, proposes solutions without being asked, and follows through to completion.

• A hands-on, team-first mindset, willing to jump in wherever needed rather than thinking, "That's not my area."

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn messy, recurring issues into simple processes or automations, ensure processes are followed, and improve them when they aren't working.

• Excellent organizational skills and accountability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver results independently.

• Relevant professional experience in a customer-facing, operational, project management, or coordination role, with confidence using digital tools and working in a remote environment.

• Flexibility to cover Eastern Time (ET) business hours
