  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the EMEA market, identifying key growth opportunities, target segments, and effective go-to-market tactics.

  • Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Take ownership of the EMEA sales pipeline from lead to close, ensuring predictable and consistent revenue growth.

  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment, provide market feedback, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

  • Market Expertise: Serve as an expert on the EMEA vacation rental market, staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.

  • Forecasting & Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior leadership.

Job requirements

  • Remote Team Management: Demonstrated success in managing and motivating a fully remote, geographically distributed sales team.

  • Multilingual Abilities: Professional fluency in English is required. Proficiency in at least one other major European language (Spanish, French, or Italian).

  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with modern sales tools, including CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales engagement platforms, and communication tools.

  • 100% Remote: Enjoy the freedom to work from anywhere within your country of residence—be it a co-working space, your home office, or even your dining room table. The choice is yours. Just don’t ask to work in our office (we don’t have one).

  • Equity: Every role in our company comes with valuable stock options in a fast-growing and profitable company. This ensures we all share in the company’s success.

  • Values-Driven Leadership: Our Core Values are not just words we’ve written to make us feel good. We leverage them daily when making strategic and tactical decisions.
