About the role
We’re hiring a Sales Operations Administrator who will own and optimize inbound lead and demo distribution so Account Executives (AEs) receive equitable, SLA-compliant opportunities. You will administer Salesforce and Chili Piper routing, remove bottlenecks, and keep daily sales operations running smoothly. You will also build trustworthy reporting that helps leaders allocate capacity and increase conversion.
What you’ll do
Own end-to-end inbound lead and meeting routing in Salesforce and Chili Piper (Routers/Queues, Inbound Concierge), including round-robin, capacity-based, territory-based, and time-zone rules.
Maintain fair distribution for AEs and SDRs; define weighting logic, out-of-office (OOO) handling, fallback rules, and exception workflows; audit and correct misroutes.
Define and enforce lifecycle definitions and SLAs (service-level agreements) across MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead), SAL (Sales Accepted Lead), SQL (Sales Qualified Lead), Opportunity creation, and Demo Completed; ensure data is consistent and reportable.
Administer Chili Piper calendars, router logic, queues, no-show/rebook flows
Build and maintain Sales performance dashboards in Salesforce for routing health, speed-to-lead, demo distribution fairness, meeting-to-opportunity rate, and pipeline coverage.
Partner with Sales leadership on capacity planning, territories, and coverage; simulate policy changes and quantify impact on conversion and SLA adherence.
Document processes, SLAs, routing policies, and troubleshooting guides so GTM teams know exactly how leads and demos flow.
Proactively surface insights that improve speed-to-lead, demo show rate, and win rate.
Job requirements
Must-have
1–2 years in Sales Ops, SDR Ops, or RevOps supporting AE/SDR teams.
Salesforce admin fundamentals: objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, queues, and basic flows; confident with Reports and Dashboards.
Practical experience (or strong aptitude) with Chili Piper: calendars, routers, queues, OOO and fallback rules; ready to learn and own day-to-day operations.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfortable with pivot tables and calculating speed-to-lead, distribution fairness, and conversion rates.
Basic SQL for lookups and simple joins, with curiosity to trace data end to end and validate results.
Clear, structured documentation and reliable follow-through; you like runbooks, checklists, and QA.
Collaborative communicator who can work with SDR, AE, and Marketing partners to keep operations smooth.
Nice-to-have
Salesforce Administrator certification (or in progress).
Deeper Chili Piper experience with Inbound Concierge and advanced router logic.
Familiarity with Outreach, Gong, and territory planning concepts.
Experience building Salesforce Lightning dashboards; exposure to BI tools like Tableau or Looker is a plus.
