About the role

We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst who will own top-of-funnel tracking, elevate our GA4 implementation, and build reliable reporting that guides spend and growth. You will partner closely with Revenue Operations and Marketing to standardize data, surface insights, and improve conversion across channels.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end top-of-funnel tracking across web and paid channels, including UTM standards for source, medium, and campaign.

  • Improve GA4 configuration and conversion tracking, maintain Google Tag Manager tags and events, and ensure consent-aware analytics.

  • Define and enforce a UTM taxonomy and naming standards that prevent attribution leaks and double-counting.

  • Build, maintain, and QA dashboards for Marketing performance in Tableau or Looker. Automate weekly and monthly reporting.

  • Partner with HubSpot and Salesforce admins to align the lead lifecycle, campaign member statuses, and definitions for MQL, SAL, and SQL so they are consistent and reportable.

  • Reconcile web analytics with CRM data to validate pipeline influence, revenue impact, and spend efficiency.

  • Write SQL for ad-hoc analysis, including data quality checks and troubleshooting across the funnel.

  • Collaborate with Paid Media, Content, and Product Marketing teams to instrument experiments and measure impact with clear success metrics.

Job requirements

Must-have

  • Hands-on GA4 and Google Tag Manager experience, including events, conversions, and cross-domain tracking.

  • Consent management familiarity and a basic understanding of privacy constraints.

  • Proven experience with HubSpot and Salesforce in a B2B funnel, covering lead lifecycle, campaigns, and reporting.

  • BI experience with Looker, or a similar enterprise-grade BI tool.

  • Strong SQL skills using joins, CTEs, and window functions, with confidence validating data end to end.

  • Experience building marketing reporting and enforcing UTM standards.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with ad platforms’ conversion APIs and offline conversions.

  • BigQuery experience and familiarity with ETL or ELT tools such as dbt, Airflow or Cloud Composer, and Fivetran.

What we offer

  • Competitive Compensation: We offer competitive pay based on market rates in the country of the applicant.

  • 100% Remote: Enjoy the freedom to work from anywhere within your country of residence—be it a co-working space, your home office, or even your dining room table. The choice is yours. Just don’t ask to work in our office (we don’t have one).

  • Equity: Every role in our company comes with valuable stock options in a fast-growing and profitable company. This ensures we all share in the company’s success.

  • Values-Driven Leadership: Our Core Values are not just words we’ve written to make us feel good. We leverage them daily when making strategic and tactical decisions.

  • Professional Growth: Our rapid growth offers unparalleled learning and development opportunities, along with a multitude of career advancement opportunities.

  • Annual Paid Leave: The specific amounts vary by country and are aligned with country and/or contract-specific norms.

  • Geographic Specific Benefits: As an international employer, we offer different country-specific benefits such as Health Insurance and Pensions in countries where these perks are customary. The specifics depend on the country of the applicant.

  • Dynamic Team Culture: As a global company with team members in over 40 countries, our diverse and international culture fuels our innovation and creativity, providing a key pillar to our success (and making it a lot of fun to work here).
